Yes, the days of temperatures nearing forty are over and whilst winter is far from here, there is a definite breath of fresh air in the air these days.
The breeze no longer feels like a hair dryer, and evenings actually bring a slight cooling of the air.
That said, it is still up in the mid thirties, and the water is still in the high twenties, so ideal for diving.
This is traditionally the most popular time of year for divers to come to Sharmt. It should be another month before the water really starts to cool down, but the edge has gone out of that summer heat.
