As far as the weather goes, it really can't make it's mind up. A bit like living in England... OK before you go nuts, I know it is very much NOT like living in England here... faaaar too sunny!
Well the weather has definitely warmed up, but this pesky wind is still here.. and the water is a touch on the chilly side! It had dropped to about 22-23ยบ depending on where you are. The Gardens seems to be particularly chilly for some reason too (odd because the local sites tend to be warmer).
But the sun is out, and all you need to do is shelter from that wind. I am not sure if this is the one, but they do get a wind here called the "hamseen" which is a wind that lasts for 40 days (not sure about the name though as that literally means "50"). Anyway, it feels like it has been windy on and off for the last forty days (certainly most of March) so pleeeease stop! Hehe.
That said, we have still had some great diving every day, and been able to do most sites, it is just a little bit more like hard work when you have to deal with swell and waves at the surface before and after the dive. Hey ho.
