Hi Everyone! I'm Nat, im 18, and a newly qualified DM! Woohoo! I mainly dive in the usual UK sites, but have dived in Wales and the North Sea a few times. I spent an amazing summer abroad working at a dive centre in Menorca. Take Care! x

Hey Nat, Welcome aboard... Congratulations on the DM course! I'm impressed with the UK diving... it's a bit chilly at the mo there for me tho . One day you should give the Red Sea a go... it's not bad at all hehe Anyway, have fun in the forum.

Aren't you glad you weren't flying today?? Hope you are not too snowed under! As for good places to eat here, there are many... in Naama Bay you have Dananeer for steaks and seafood, Pomodoro for Italian (and great lunchtime buffet), Abu el Sid for Egyptian. In Old Sharm you have Red Sea Fish (guess what... seafood) and el Masrien for steak. Sinai Star is also a good one, but I think closed for refurbishments. And there is a fantastic fish restaurant called Farriers in the same small area. Hope that helps. Oh forgot the bars... in Naama you have the Camel bar (used to be cool, but is a bit pricey these days) Little Buddha (if you are really pushing the boat out), Pacha if you like dancing. In the Hadaba area you have T2 which is a bit of a Brit pub with a nice friendly atmosphere... and Champions which you will also hear called Papas, which was its previous name.

Hey Nathalie, Hope you had a good time while you were over here in Sharm. I think you might have had the hot week we had (everyone was thinking winter was over, with glorious sunshine, not a cloud in the sky and flat seas). It has been a bit windy since then Hope you had fun and got in some good diving.

So sorry to hear your sad news.
As you say Sharm will be there for years to come, and now is the time to be with your family.
