Yep.. even though we are in the middle of winter, an oceanic white tip decided to show up at the back of the boat the other day!!! There I was acting as surface support whilst some of our divers were in the water with the other guide, when I saw a largeish grey shadow! Realising what it was immediately I got all excited, then five minutes later, I had talked myself out of it completely, thinking it must have been an optical illusion and a big trevallie or something. But... no, it came past for another visit, and another and another! In fact, it ended up circling the ladders at the back of the boat!!! And hung around until the first of our divers started surfacing. I was a bit itchy to get the first two guests out of the water (not good.. shark and you at the surface) as he was still hanging around, but maybe the noise was too much, as that was the last sighting. Cool, normally the person sitting on the boat is the one to miss out completely! See pictures at the DiveBunnie Facebook Group ;D
