Yes we are in the middle of summer and it is positively roasting, any breeze feels like a fan assisted oven, and like every summer, I wonder how come the roads don't melt out here!
We are getting temperatures of around 40º C (104º for those of you in the US)in the shade although I was talking to a woman yesterday from Abu Dhabi and it's 50º (122ºF!!!!) there!!!! Now that is what I call well and truly hot.
Sadly I have been out of the water for a week, so have yet to appreciate Sharm summer at its best (underwater).
