Well I don't have any miracle cures as far as sunscreen conditioners go, but what I do is I get a fairly average conditioner to put through my hair the minute I come out from my last dive of the day. Of course rinsing it first is best, but not essential (time can be short on a day boat). Comb a good gloopy handful of conditioner through your hair with your fingers and leave on (even if it is not specifically leave on conditioner, in fact they are too light to cope with this job). Then when you get home, rinse your hair and it is lovely n soft. Then is the time to use that expensive salon shampoo and conditioner as they don't contain the same harsh soaps as those you will buy in the chemist. Good luck
As well as your hair, don't forget your skin too. All that sunshine is ageing, not to mention the drying effect of salt water.
Don't forget to wear a good sunscreen everyday... don't worry, if you are out and about, you will still get a healthy glow. And moisturise after the dives. It is always a dead giveaway when your shins get that ashy look where all the skin has dried out a bit hmmm, not the prettiest of looks!
