So as expected, the roasting heat had to break. Well… mid march was a little too early to be getting temperatures in the mid-thirties. Although there were none of us complaining for sure! One thing this has done, is kick start the water temperature to rise, so we have 24ºC on local sites and even Ras Mohammed is showing 23ºC!!
The wind has picked up a little and the air temperature has now dropped down to the mid-twenties, a little bit more normal. Hopefully the water will stay as it is until things really do start to hot up.

Hi DB. Sorry to hear the weather has cooled down. It must be terrible . . . . . . . . . however please spare a thought for me . . . . . . . My mate has just bought a rebreather, and yesterday I was persuaded to go diving with him to try it out. The location. . . Stoney Cove, the temperature . . . . 6 degrees, the result . . . . " I cant feel my fingers". Never mind, a hot chocolate and some rum sorted things out. Aah! The joys of diving in Britain !!!!!!!!

Oooo sounds a bit on the chilly side for me!! I'm impressed! The coldest I have endured was 16ºC in Wraysbury one summer several years ago Yes I am a total wuss.
