Yes it is all kicking off again.
We have had whale shark sightings every day for the last three days on Paradise reef (a local dive site) as well as hordes of shoaling puffer fish. A hammer head on Shark Observatory (very unusual) and a leopard shark on Shark Reef...
Awesome!!!

Ooooh the big black tip is back on the front of Yolande Reef.. seen today by two of the Ocean College groups!!!
It didn't really show up much last year, so we are all dead chuffed. There is some uncertainty as to kind of shark it is exactly... some say a black tipped oceanic (some say they don't exist) some say silky (but it's not quite right) it is too big for a black tipped reef shark.. either way, it is quite a spectacular sight to see!!!

Well it's not just whale sharks now, we have an array of sharks!
Hammerheads are making their seasonal appearances on the back (and occasionally the front) of Jacskson Reef. One was even seen a couple of times on Shark and Yolande in Ras Mohammed!!
A thresher shark or two also seems to be hanging around Jackson reef too, and the other day, an Oceanic White Tip had also joined the melee!!
