So the weather has definitely warmed up, however we have a little pattern going on at the moment. I guess it is a bit of an Aziab.. or Southerly wind that is currently wafting our way.
Every afternoon almost like clockwork, the wind picks up speed and turns from the South or West. Whilst this is usually a slightly warmer direction for the wind to come from, it does tend to play havoc with the diving, as there is little shelter from this direction, and our reefs tend to get a bit of a battering when this happens. It also makes for a choppy pick up from the dive!
Thankfully, weather is always changeable, and I am sure in a few days, this little pattern will wear itself out, and the summer will kick in fully.
The sea is still sitting at about 22-23ÂșC, but I am sure it is only the wind keeping thing stirred up, so as soon as that drops, things will start to hot up again.. woo hoo!
