Well Spring is finally here!!!!! So for all of you planning to go off this weekend and jump back in the water, I hope you have the most fantastic of times. Do bear in mind though that for some of you, this may be the first dive in several months... remember to keep it tame, err on the side of caution... a lot may have happened to your fitness during the winter, so maybe this week is not the ideal week to jump in on that 40M wreck... Remember to give your kit a quick once over before you even set out. Don't forget a quick buoyancy check when you first jump in, and remember the general rules of safe diving practices: Stay well within your table limits, air limits and training limits; Do your deepest dive of the day first; Do the deepest portion of the dive first; Keep your ascents and descents nice and controlled... and slow. Don't forget your safety stop; If it doesn't feel right, skip the dive. It is a known fact that Easter weekend is often a busy one for the coast guard, so let's try and make this one an exception. Have fun! ;D
