Our very own DiveBunnie Jilly is at this very moment off in a far flung place along with a group of other like-minded PADI instructors all hoping to reach the pinnacle of PADI dive education. That is the Course Directors Training Course. To many that probably doesn't mean a huge amount.
Basically as a Course Director, not only can you teach the instructors to teach, but you are the one who actually runs the course itself.
